The Madame Alexander Doll Club rewards the members with a Limited Edition Doll set like this one given in 1996! The 8 inch doll is adorable with red hair and green eyes.

She comes dressed in a lace trimmed pink taffeta party dress with a removable white organdy collar. The dress closes in back with snaps. Underneath the full skirt are lace trimmed panties and a removable petticoat with more lace. She is wearing pink "suede" shoes. One wrist has a "booklet" about the Madame Alexander Club Series " Wendy Starts Her Travels:. The other wrist has a gold and white MADC medallion.

Inside the Doll Trunk is another dress - a lined plaid with a white felt sailor collar. The dress closes in front with snaps and comes with a matching tam hat. Inside the dress is a label: "Wendy Starts Her Travels"/Madame Alexander/Made in the USA

The white metal trunk is made by General Fibre Products; the inside is papered in white with pink flowers. A "brass" rod is attached to one side for hanging clothes; two wooden hangers are included. Underneath is a built in drawer that contains 3 tiny "books"; a blue felt purse; two plastic hangers; and a tiny mock Madame Alexander Doll box! The drawer and the outside of the trunk have brass MADC labels. The trunk is edged with more brass; a white plastic handle is attached to the top.
