Kids and Play
A new survey from The NPD Group/Kids Leisure Time came up with the percentages of play time spent by kids on different activities. They say that children (ages 5 to 12) spend more than 9 hours a day playing with toys.
The most time, 80%, is spent on Games and Puzzles, the least time, 12%, on Models. Dolls came up with a respectable 45% and Arts and Crafts with 70%. Stuffed Toys and Puppets also came in with 45% like Dolls. Pretend Play and Dress-up came in at about 38%.
Interesting . . .
