Kit Kittridge Film Update
In case you haven't seen it yet . . . this looks like a photo of the movie version of Kit - I think Abigail looks great! Look carefully and on the far right, all that brown curly hair? sure looks like it should be Ruthie! Maybe Madison will have a chance to look and let us know if we're correct . . .
Plus, check out the picture below - Abigail and Madison with soda glasses! Not sure if this is a picture of them relaxing OR practicing for a scene. Whatever - they both look happy and mischievious!

I don't know if you already know this or not, but a girl who was at the auditions says that in the movie, Florence Stone is always trying to join this club, but something always happens to mess it up. I think the website said The girl playing her told them that.

Millie- I visited a website about Kit's movie. It mentioned that Kit's family gets snowbound in the movie at Christmas. I thought you might like to know. I'll see if I can find out more.

That's a bit like the book - Kit gets snowed in on Christmas Eve with her great Uncle . . . Ruthie and her Dad come rescue her on Christmas morning!

I was on a website called Doll Diaries yesterday, and it tells about the Kit movie, like Inky isn't in it, Ruthie mostly wears purple dresses, and that Kit's scooter will be in it.

In answer to Sierra's question: Doll diaries, and the part about her being snowbound was some website about all upcoming movies.
For Millie:Inky is Kit's Uncle Hendrick's dog. In Kit's Christmas book, she has to go to Uncle Hendrick's house because Uncle Hendrick is sick. Kit has to walk Inky for him then.

I remember the dog (a mean tempered Scotty as I recall!) but totally forgot his name. Thanks for the info -

There was also a little clip on a basset hound, I guess that's Grace, who was being pulled in some sort of crate with a rope around it.

Ohh - where'd you see that?! The movie preview does show Kit riding her orange crate scooter . . . unfortunately the Americanirl one is plastic and not wood like the real thing -

Grace was in that scooter, too. But, watch again, there is a brief clip with her in a wooden crate. I don't mean the scooter, but she's in that, too.

Okay, let's get this straight. You guys have been communicating with my now ex-friend Tara. She's been posing as Haylee and me for some time now. I didn't know. The real me doesn't have Ruthie or anything, but I do look an awful lot like Mia, and I DO figure skate and compete, and I DID audition for Kit AND her callback, but that's ALL. Sorry for the confusion. Tara is grounded for a LONG time.
